Niño de 14 años con craneofaringioma recurrente. Fue diagnosticado en 2022 (RM preoperatoria) con evidencia progresión (RM y TAC de simulación).
Hay dos RMs presentadas – una sacada prequirurgica y la segunda para planeamiento.

GTV: tumor residual visto en TAC de planeamiento
CTV: GTV+5mm, expandido para incluir los tejidos originalmente en contacto con el tumor
