Case Description:
A 72-year-old female diagnosed with lung adenocarcinoma underwent a video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy with mediastinal lymph node dissection. The final pathology confirmed pT1c N2 M0. The patient received adjuvant high-dose platinum-based chemotherapy followed by adjuvant radiotherapy, 54 Gy/27 fractions.
