MRI showed nasopharyngeal mass centered at the right fossa Rosenmuller, most likely nasopharyngeal carcinoma with associated erosion petrous apex and right pterygoids.Contour Homework:• Gross Tumor Volume (GTV)• Primary Clinical Target Volume (pCTV) (GTV plus a 5 mm margin, cropped at anatomical barriers)• Nodal Clinical Target Volume (nCTV) (involved nodal levels plus a 5 mm margin)
