Case Description:
48 years old, Postmenopausal with Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Clinical findings at BT-Vagina:
Vagina: vaginal irregularity 1 cm, large disease ~ 5cm , from 11- 6 o clock, silver marker placed at introitus
Cervix: flushed with vagina
Parametria: Bilateral paracolpos involved (Left > Right)
Concurrent chemoradiation: IG-IMRT 45 Gy/25#

Contouring homework: 
 Delineate the following structures on MRI at Brachytherapy.
• GTV Brachytherapy (GTV-BT) (MRI)
• HRCTV Brachytherapy (HRCTV) (MRI)
• IRCTV Brachytherapy (IRCTV) (MRI)
