 • Primary diagnosis: Non small cell carcinoma of the right lung (NSCLC), G4, pT2aN1 • Metastatic sites: Lymph nodes, thoracic spine (Th7–Th8), right 8th rib • Comorbidities: Hypertension (HTN), Type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2) Primary Treatment • 21 July 2025 – Right lung lobectomy • Adjuvant therapy according to the KN regimen Systemic Treatment Decision Due to the high risk of initiating chemotherapy outweighing the benefits, systemic treatment has been withheld for the time being.
