Primary diagnosis: Prostate adenocarcinoma
•    Histopathology:  Adenocarcinoma, Gleason score 8 (4+4),Cancer present in both lobes, Perineural invasion present
•    Comorbidities: Nephrolithiasis
•    Past surgeries: Right inguinal hernia repair
•    Performance status: PS 1
•    Symptoms: Severe bone pain in the sacral region
Oncologic Treatment
•    15 October 2025 – First injection of Diphereline (LHRH analogue)
Laboratory Findings
•    PSA total (30.07.2025): 9.070 ng/ml
•    PSA total (06.10.2025): 5.880 ng/ml
•    PSA free: 0.461 ng/ml
•    PSA free/total ratio: 0.08 (low; <0.25)
