Polish Society – SBRT Onco-Spine Contouring Workshop May 8, 2026

Case Description:
 A 63-year-old female patient with diagnosed bone metastases secondary to breast cancer.
History of right mastectomy with right axillary lymphadenectomy in September 2015 — pT1N1. Status post chemotherapy; currently on extended hormone therapy with tamoxifen.
Multi-detector CT performed in February 2026 revealed a suspicious right axillary lymph node and bone metastases, the largest located in the T11 vertebral body, causing compression of the dural sac.
The patient reports pain in the lower thoracic spine. She currently takes ibuprofen as needed.
The patient has been qualified for treatment with ribociclib and stereotactic radiotherapy to the bone lesions

GTV_Th11, CTV_Th11, PTV_Th11
 GTV_Th12, CTV_Th12, PTV_Th12
Spinal cord contoured based on available imaging studies.
