Workshop Schedule:Polish Society – SBRT Onco-Spine Contouring Workshop May 8, 2026Case Description: A 63-year-old female patient with diagnosed bone metastases secondary to breast cancer.History of right mastectomy with right axillary lymphadenectomy in September 2015 — pT1N1. Status post chemotherapy; currently on extended hormone therapy with tamoxifen.Multi-detector CT performed in February 2026 revealed a suspicious right axillary lymph node and bone metastases, the largest located in the T11 vertebral body, causing compression of the dural sac.The patient reports pain in the lower thoracic spine.
