Case Description:
53 y.o. male former smoker with 60 pack-year smoking history with a clinical diagnosis of cT3 cN0 cM0, overall stage III squamous cell carcinoma of the right nasopharynx. MRI showed nasopharyngeal mass centered at the right fossa Rosenmuller, most likely nasopharyngeal carcinoma with associated erosion petrous apex and right pterygoids.

Contour Homework:
• Gross Tumor Volume (GTV)
• Primary Clinical Target Volume (pCTV) (GTV plus a 5 mm margin, cropped at anatomical barriers)
• Nodal Clinical Target Volume (nCTV) (involved nodal levels plus a 5 mm margin)
